ABCya is a teacher-created free website for kids. It includes computer games and some activities for enjoyable learning on the web. All games and activities are free. The intended audience is elementary students.

The author was an Integrated Technology Teacher. Before starting his teaching career, his work days had been spent in isolation developing media for print and the web.

I want to share a text with you which was written by the author of the site.

On the homepage of the site, there is a search box for writing the term what you are looking for. As i mentioned before, there are some computer games* and activities* for elementary students. All of them were created or approved by certified school teachers and modeled from primary grade lessons and enhanced to provide an interactive way for children to learn. A Wiki Project About a Book: Fatih-Harbiye

This week we were supposed to prepare a wiki page about a book. I chose Fatih-Harbiye written by Peyami SAFA.

This was my first experience about preparing a wiki and i liked it. I think it is so useful that the learners will gain self-esteem and it is more enjoyable with technology. There won't be any shy learners because all will try to explain themselves. Then, they will realize that they completely learned.
